Returns

30-Day Return Window

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all parts, manuals, and accessories.

  • Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 to make holiday gift-giving stress-free.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • Ship a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund

Returns for Other Reasons

For change-of-mind returns or unwanted gifts, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive the return.

How to Start a Return

  2. Receive your return instructions and (if applicable) prepaid label.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier.

We’ll notify you as soon as your refund or replacement is processed.
